Correcting issues with Opera browser and Flash

This assumes that Adobe Flash Player is installed correctly and you can view Flash content elsewhere. If this is not the case, please ensure you have the newest version of the Adobe Flash player, and that your browser is also up to date as well.

If you are having one of the issues below, following the steps outlined should resolve the issue. This should actually be easily adapted to any website that may have this error.

You will need to go to opera://settings and in the search field, type flash or a portion of it as seen below. Once there, click on “Manage exceptions” as seen below:

On the next page, you will enter [*.]eagleeyenetworks.com, make sure it says allow, and then click done.

Enjoy your content. You may need to refresh your Eagle Eye Networks dashboard for the settings to set, but you should not have any further issues with playback on our site.
